What have I learnt during gymnastics?
I have learnt to do things outside of my comfort zone , Learn to do things that I usually don't do that help's me be me .
What did I do well?
I did well on the parallel bar , which helped me lift my inner self to do things I couldn't do .
How/What do I need to improve?
Something I need to improve on would have to be the beam , Maybe because the lack of balance and confidence .
What's something I can work on?
Something I can work on is the Bars , Because I haven't even thought of attempting yet anything on it, Probably the trampoline too , It'll probably help me improve my jumping skills .
